Lack Of Frost In Michigan

United States is the country, and I'm in the midst of the great lakes which are thought to be unusually warm this winter. The winter is mild here every few years or so because of the lakes that also make the average temperature in July probably not exceed 75 degrees, or about 25 Celcius.
